With 16 years in San Diego County, Juan possesses an intimate familiarity with the region, having resided in various locales including Carlsbad, Mission Valley, La Mesa, Twentynine Palms, and presently, Oceanside.
Juan's time-honored military leadership experience has honed his abilities across a spectrum of critical skills. Hi, I’m Andi Andino! Born and raised in the beautiful paradise of Puerto Rico, I traded in palm trees for Navy blues and proudly served as a Hospital Corpsman for eight years. After my time in uniform, I found my passion in helping others—first through child development and education, then working with the Marine Corps, and now in real estate.
Real estate isn’t just about houses; it’s about home—the place where memories are made, coffee is brewed (a top priority in my book), and dreams take root.
